Working Student Java Development (Payments)

Location: Hybrid role based in Aachen, Germany; 15–20 hours per week with possibilities for mobile working.

What you will do

• Develop JEE applications for alternative payment methods.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs used by customers.
• Contribute to application testability and quality.
• Improve development processes with suitable tools.
• Support software applications for Open Banking initiatives such as Wero and the Digital Euro.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university.
• Initial experience with Java EE, REST web services, relational databases, Git, and Maven or equivalent tools.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Communicative, independent, and self-motivated working style.
