Intern (f/m/d) in the Field Corporate Strategic Planning and Business Development / Mergers & Acquisitions, January 2027 - Duration: 2-3 Months

What you will do

• Support national and international M&A transactions, divestments, joint ventures, and company foundations.
• Research companies and prepare strategic analyses of markets and competitive environments.
• Prepare and analyze key financial figures and business plans.
• Prepare company valuations using established valuation methods.
• Help create presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Study business administration, economics, business mathematics, or industrial engineering with a focus on finance or accounting, from the fourth semester onward.
• Relevant practical experience, such as internships at investment banks, accounting firms, or strategy consultancies.
• Interest in financial markets and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills are required.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
