Product Manager - Talent & Culture

What you will do

• Design a portfolio of employee experiences covering cultural rituals, growth moments, teamwork, and other internal products.
• Build trust-based relationships with squad members, business leaders, and People Partners.
• Lead product discovery end to end, from problem framing through solution validation.
• Use employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to identify needs and prioritize opportunities.
• Rapidly ideate, prototype, and test scalable solutions across roles, seniority levels, and country contexts.
• Define success metrics, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive adoption through communication and manager enablement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience launching products to market or to a large internal user base.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management and empowered product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience defining solutions through research, data, and insights, with the ability to break complex problems into manageable iterations.
• Genuine interest in building world-class employee experiences and effective cross-functional collaboration.
