Senior Client Onboarding Specialist (Trading Technology)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in-office. Occasional international travel approximately 2–3 times per year is required to support client onboarding across global markets.

What you will do

• Deliver tailored training programs and hands-on workshops for trading clients using Eqlipse Trading.
• Lead business configuration by translating client operational requirements into effective platform settings.
• Develop configuration guides, knowledge base articles, and workshop materials.
• Assess client readiness throughout onboarding milestones and support confident go-live execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Support teams to maintain content and communicate feedback for platform improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in client onboarding, training delivery, business configuration, or customer enablement within financial services or capital markets technology.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, market infrastructure, or financial technology ecosystems.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to business and technical audiences and lead presentations and group training sessions.
• Experience configuring enterprise software for client-specific business requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, with at least 3 days per week in-office, and to travel internationally occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products or other trading technology platforms.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol, APIs, and other trading connectivity or integration standards.
• Experience with instructional design, Articulate or other e-learning tools, or adult learning methodologies.
