Blue Yonder WMS Functional Analyst (Blue Yonder/WMS): Delivering and supporting Blue Yonder WMS solutions for warehouse operations with an accent on system configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. Focus on root cause analysis with Trace Profiler, coordinating WCS integrations such as ASRS and AGV, and supporting implementations, go-lives, and post-deployment enhancements.
Location: Taguig City, Philippines; in-person collaboration is prioritized

What you will do
- Configure, implement, and support Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution using detailed diagnostics with Trace Profiler.
- Design, test, and implement warehouse workflows with clients and internal teams.
- Lead system integration and troubleshooting across end-to-end warehouse processes.
- Support receiving, outbound shipping, cross-docking, inventory, and workflow operations.
- Coordinate integrations with Warehouse Control Systems such as ASRS, AGV, and APAL, and provide go-live and post-deployment support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder PrIME 2014 and 2022.
- Strong technical expertise in system configuration, integration, and performance troubleshooting.
- In-depth understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, and other warehouse operations.
- Experience documenting configurations and issue resolutions, mentoring team members, and working directly with clients.
