Functional Analyst, Integrations

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document customer needs and functional and system integration requirements.
• Design high-level, scalable, and reliable functional solutions while considering system dependencies and business impact.
• Lead integration projects end to end, managing timelines, priorities, risks, deviations, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between customers, partners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the technical team with customers and partners, proactively identifying issues and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• English proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Strong experience in functional analysis and understanding systems end to end.
• Client-facing communication skills, ownership, prioritization, and the ability to manage changing demands.
• Experience or interest in project management in technology-driven environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in practical, scalable solution design.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations; hands-on experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Interest in emerging AI capabilities and experience using AI tools in daily work.
