Systems Integration Analyst - GMIX (EDI)

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines; 5-day onsite work required. Availability for global shifts, predominantly EMEA and US schedules, plus after-hours and weekend on-call support is required.

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients in a managed services environment.
• Translate client business requirements into technical solutions by configuring trading partners, document mappings, and connectivity protocols.
• Develop, maintain, test, and deploy EDI maps, technical specifications, and integration workflows across testing and production environments.
• Analyze data flows and interfaces, enhance existing integrations, and support client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for integration defects.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates and support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Foundational to intermediate programming experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Perl, or comparable technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-volume environment while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Makati City, Philippines.
• Availability for EMEA and US shifts and after-hours or weekend on-call support.
