Customer Technology Advisor (AI)

What you will do

• Advise customers on technical solutions across a practice-specific services domain.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into differentiated, cross-practice solutions.
• Develop and deliver demonstrations, proof of concepts, prototypes, and presentations.
• Support consulting, advisory, architecture, sales, pre-sales, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate the pre-sales process, including quality and compliance verification.
• Build relationships with alliance partners and co-create joint solutions.

Requirements

• Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions within a practice.
• Experience translating technical expertise into actionable customer insights and solutions.
• Prior consultative selling experience.
• External recognition as a technology or solutioning expert, supported by relevant technical certifications.
• Experience with one or more domains: Application Data and AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise and zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network and Edge, or Security and Resiliency.
• At least 5 years of experience selling technical services to multi-industry customers.
