Global Good Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Annual base pay: $128,500–$192,700

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of three employee-directed grant committees, including application cycles, award selection, and committee recruitment.
• Partner with external grantmaking organizations on nonprofit vetting, due diligence, and grant disbursements.
• Administer and optimize workplace giving and volunteering initiatives, including the Benevity platform.
• Design and scale skills-based volunteer programs that apply employee technical and professional expertise to nonprofit needs.
• Track employee engagement, participation, and program impact metrics, then provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Showcase nonprofit outcomes and employee contributions through compelling storytelling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing corporate social responsibility, social impact, and/or employee engagement programs.
• Experience building and overseeing global employee volunteer and civic engagement programs, including related platforms, systems, and policies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills for working with a highly distributed global workforce.
• Experience developing governance policies and operational guidelines for integrity, compliance, and global scalability.
• Strong communication, marketing, analytical, and storytelling capabilities.
• Active personal or professional involvement in community activities such as volunteering, board service, or civic contributions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Benevity or similar workplace giving and volunteer platforms.
• Awareness of emerging trends in workplace giving, volunteering technology, and global community investment.
