Cartage, Warehouse, and TCI Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Aurora, Colorado, USA; onsite warehouse and cartage operations

Salary: Up to $57,000 per year; eligible for bonus

What you will do

• Supervise cartage, warehouse, and Transcon inbound operations while prioritizing safety and compliance.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, container positioning, cargo transfers, and warehouse staffing.
• Lead pickup and delivery operations, monitor service dashboards, resolve exceptions, and maintain district KPIs.
• Manage service providers, equipment and driver utilization, rate audits, payables approvals, and operational cost controls.
• Prepare reports, manage financial and customer information, support pricing and quotations, and participate in new-business transitions.
• Coach, mentor, onboard, evaluate, and cross-train employees while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least two years of industry-specific experience or qualification.
• Proven supervisory attitude and effective interpersonal, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of logistics markets and products, with strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Required and maintained industry or compliance certifications, such as DG, LATAM, Compliance, IATA, or FIATA.
• Detailed understanding of export compliance.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
