Full Stack Developer (JavaScript, ReactJS, REST APIs) - Mexico Remote

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve defined to moderately complex application and technical support issues.
• Gather customer requirements, understand business processes, and provide technical consultation.
• Analyze application behavior, code, logs, API responses, integrations, data, and configuration to identify root causes.
• Prototype, configure, test, debug, and implement application changes, integrations, reports, and scripts.
• Use REST APIs and tools such as Bruno, Postman, or Insomnia to validate integrations and troubleshoot requests and responses.
• Document solutions, communicate progress clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in application development, technical support, integrations, consulting, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, ES5/ES6, REST APIs, API clients, system integrations, and Git.
• Working knowledge of SQL or relational databases.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, with the ability to validate outputs and protect customer information.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to work remotely from Mexico. Customer service, consulting, active listening, and structured problem-solving skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, GraphQL, help desk or incident-management systems, and workflow tools such as ProcessMaker.
• Higher education or hirify.global product experience.
