HUMINT/CI Mission Support (Defense)

Location: El Paso, Texas, US; onsite support at Fort Bliss

What you will do

• Conduct all-source analysis and produce finished intelligence on threat networks, vulnerabilities, illicit pathways, foreign intelligence threats, and insider threats.
• Draft targeting packages, operational leads, intelligence summaries, network maps, executive briefings, staff packages, and decision memoranda.
• Support HUMINT Collection Teams and the HUMINT Operations Cell with collection planning, source administration, source validation, deconfliction, and operational guidance.
• Review sensitive activity plans, CONOPs, HUMINT and CI reporting, IIRs, and collection activities for technical feasibility, risk mitigation, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop Source Directed Requirements and provide feedback to collection elements based on intelligence value and command priorities.
• Brief J-staff leadership and interagency partners while serving as liaison between field collectors, command leadership, and partner organizations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years with an associate degree, or 2 years with a bachelor’s degree; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Government CI, HUMINT, or all-source MOS qualification, or a job-producing analytical certification course or program.
• Completion of the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course and a service HUMINT MOS qualification course.
• Experience analyzing human-source and counterintelligence information to identify threats and operational opportunities.
• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas, supporting operations at Fort Bliss.
