Plan Manager - Full Service TEM (Fintech)

Location: United States remote; Massachusetts work-from-home

Salary: $57,000–$72,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve complex service and communication issues with plan sponsors, customers, and internal functional teams.
• Coordinate with sales, recordkeeping, operations, money-in, money-out, and technical services teams.
• Support relationship management, plan alignment, client retention, and distribution partner initiatives.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Support assigned plan-management 800-number calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of financial services industry experience.
• Customer service experience and demonstrated customer relationship skills.
• Strong customer focus, critical thinking, teamwork, business acumen, and learning agility.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience.
• Series 6 registration.
