  • 8+ years of experience designing, building, and testing fluid systems.
  • Experience with fluid system architecture design, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
  • Proficient knowledge of heat exchanger design and analysis methods.
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite in El Segundo and extended hours or weekends when necessary.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of thermodynamic power cycles and thermal-growth piping design using hand calculations and FEA.
  • Experience with ASME B31.3 and ASME PCC-2 process piping design and testing codes.
  • Experience modeling fluid systems with MATLAB or Python.
  • Experience with design for manufacturability, production ramp-up, test stands, and multidisciplinary hardware development.
  • Nuclear experience is not required.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employees receive a substantial incentive stock plan.
  • Medical, vision, dental, FSA/HSA, commuter, life, accident, hospital, and critical illness benefits are available.
