Solution Lead – Professional Services, Automotive ADAS & Autonomous Driving (EMEA)

Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Schwalbach/Frankfurt, or Munich, Germany, with 2 days in the office and 3 days home office per week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ADAS and autonomous driving professional services engagements.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready solution architectures aligned with HERE capabilities.
• Lead solution design, technical discussions, and delivery alignment with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, solution estimation, pre-sales activities, proofs of concept, pilots, and co-innovation initiatives.
• Act as an escalation point for critical technical, delivery, and contractual challenges.
• Develop reusable solution assets and patterns while improving professional services delivery models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive, software, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of ADAS and autonomous driving systems.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
• Background in solution architecture, system integration, or software delivery, plus experience with simulation tools such as IPG CarMaker or dSPACE.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• German and/or French proficiency.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ASPICE and ADAS technologies including electronic horizon and HD maps.
• Experience with RFQs, pre-sales, or solution shaping.
• Interest in AI-driven automotive systems.
