Clinical Support Representative - Florence (Medtech)

Location: Florence, South Carolina, United States. Field-based position requiring daily work in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical establishments within the assigned territory, with approximately 80% travel.

Annual salary: $85,000–$105,000.

What you will do

• Educate customers and clinical staff on medical order requirements and streamline order processing.
• Identify EMR/HL7 order opportunities, develop clinical champions, and support medical order process automation.
• Prioritize patient-care, transition-of-care, reorder, and end-of-use documentation using clinical knowledge of ZOLL devices.
• Manage revenue exceptions, local payor authorization issues, transition-of-care processes, and related territory metrics.
• Provide ZPM education, clinical value presentations, data reviews, and customer support for HFMS and related products.
• Lead local educational events, product presentations, onboarding resources, and key hospital-account relationships.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or at least five years of relevant internal ZOLL experience.
• At least three years of hospital, heart failure, or nursing experience.
• Clinical experience navigating hospital workflows, collecting documentation, and interacting confidently with providers and patients.
• Ability to influence clinical decision-making through presentations and discussion of clinical data.
• Strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, autonomy, flexibility, and accountability.
• Ability to work in a field-based role with approximately 80% travel and occasional evening or weekend hours.

Nice to have

• Cardiology clinical expertise.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce.com, or Dynamics.
