Salary: $105,000–$117,000 per year

What you will do

• Design print and digital materials, including reports, presentations, marketing collateral, and web graphics.
• Transform complex datasets and statistical information into dashboards, charts, maps, graphs, and other visualizations.
• Update and maintain agency websites and SharePoint sites, including improvements to navigation, design, and user experience.
• Manage project tasks, prioritize workloads, and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Provide technical and editorial guidance on reports, documents, publications, and visual information products.
• Develop creative concepts and ensure final products meet project specifications and branding standards.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness and ability to pass a CI polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, software engineering, graphic design, fine arts, communication design, software development, illustration, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design, data visualization, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with web content management systems, particularly SharePoint, plus strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience advising on visual information policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with GEOINT products and services.
• Experience in a government or corporate environment.
