Creative Specialist (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Occasional domestic travel is required. Visa sponsorship is not available. Domestic relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Develop visual concepts and brand assets for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Design digital, print, PowerPoint, multimedia, and other creative materials.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging graphics.
• Lead creative projects from concept and stakeholder alignment through production and delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, leadership, subject matter experts, dealers, and technology partners.
• Identify and implement emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and digital capabilities while supporting personalization and process governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Express.
• Experience creating visual content for presentations, social media, and digital platforms.
• Experience developing professional PowerPoint presentations and editing or producing video content.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, communicate creative recommendations, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas, five days per week; visa sponsorship is not available.
