Technology Lead - Networking

What you will do

• Own networking reference architectures, design standards, approved configurations, documentation, and exception management across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, and cloud networking.
• Lead architecture reviews for complex customer solutions and define the networking technology roadmap, including vendor evaluations, platform selection, and strategic investments.
• Evaluate SASE, SD-WAN, AI-driven network management, and other emerging technologies while identifying opportunities to improve and expand networking services.
• Provide technical leadership for strategic customer engagements, proposals, technical workshops, executive discussions, QBRs, and technology planning.
• Drive network automation for provisioning, configuration management, and performance monitoring, including the use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and issue resolution.
• Represent networking architecture in governance discussions, maintain reusable design templates, collaborate across networking, cloud, and security practices, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience, including 3+ years in architecture or solution design.
• Experience designing complex, multi-site, multi-vendor, and hybrid cloud networks.
• Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless, and SASE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, and Meraki platforms.
• Experience with AWS and Azure networking, network automation using Ansible and Python, and AI-driven monitoring tools.
• Strong technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in managed services, professional services, or consulting.
• CCIE or an equivalent expert-level networking certification.
• CCNP Enterprise, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Fortinet NSE 7/8 certification.
• AWS Advanced Networking or Azure Network Engineer certification.
