SIGINT Development Analyst, Senior

Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States; onsite role supporting shift work

Salary: $62.50–$91.34 per hour

What you will do

• Leverage SIGINT and non-SIGINT data sources to close discovery gaps.
• Optimize client systems and improve access to essential data.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Support front-end collection and survey systems, including DNR/DNI collection and FOP configuration.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain operational documentation.
• Work independently, mentor team members, and provide supervision when needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience providing SIGINT development analytic support.
• 5+ years of experience with modern digital or optical telecommunications systems, telephony switching networks, and/or internet communications.
• Experience with Linux command-line tools and front-end collection systems.
• Experience with DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.
• Ability to follow SOPs, update documentation, troubleshoot basic issues, and support shift work.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required; high school diploma or GED required.

Nice to have

• Bash, Shell, or Python scripting experience.
• Apache NiFi, commercial SATCOM technologies, or network protocols knowledge.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451) or Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450).
