Product Analytics Intern

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada. The internship runs for 4 months, from January through April 2027. Travel for in-person engagement may be required.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Analytics, Data Science, and product teams to define questions, success metrics, and measurement plans.
• Analyze product usage and telemetry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Communicate findings through written analyses, presentations, and recommendations.
• Build and improve dashboards, reports, and self-serve analyses using SQL, Looker, Amplitude, and Hex.
• Support data quality and telemetry validation to improve the reliability and understanding of product data.

• Must be located in the United States or Canada for this remote opportunity.
• Ability to participate in occasional in-person company or team engagements.

Nice to have

• Basic familiarity with machine learning or advanced statistical methods.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Looker, or Hex.
• Coursework or experience in statistics, experimentation, or A/B testing.
