Finance Intern

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; four-month internship from January to April 2027. Travel for in-person engagement may be required, including department offsites, team meetings, and industry events.

What you will do

• Research and document technical accounting conclusions.
• Support quarter-end procedures, controls, schedules, and audit documentation.
• Update daily cash positioning worksheets and dashboards.
• Prepare variance analyses, monitor liquidity, and track daily cash activity.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and transaction inquiries.
• Contribute to strategic projects and finance process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as part of a team.
• Availability for the four-month January–April 2027 internship term.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Coursework in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Exposure to US GAAP, financial reporting, or technical accounting research.
• Interest in treasury, cash management, insurance, or financial risk.
• Familiarity with AI tools, dashboards, process documentation, and intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
