Salary: $90,440 - $106,400

What you will do

• Prepare and review US Federal partnership tax returns and IRS e-filings using hirify.global’s tax engine
• Collaborate with accounting, fund administration, and compliance teams on tax-related issues
• Work with venture capital clients to support their investment structures and filings
• Contribute to automating and productizing tax workflows for accuracy and speed
• Participate in cross-functional projects beyond tax, including legal and financial areas

Requirements

• Must have US Federal tax experience, especially partnership tax returns
• CPA qualified or eligible with at least 2 years public accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex tax structures
• Ability to manage competing demands and solve ambiguous problems calmly
• Passion for venture capital and working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience leveraging technology to automate processes and improve efficiency
