Critical Logistics Services Coordinator (Air Logistics)

Location: Doral, Florida, United States; onsite role with warehouse and cargo-handling duties

What you will do

• Coordinate smooth and timely movement of time-critical export and import freight.
• Enter operational data accurately and process air waybills and bills of lading.
• Track shipments, prepare reports, and communicate arrival notices to customers and overseas offices.
• Arrange international shipments and coordinate with customers, airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers.
• Manage client and service-provider billing, customer SOPs, KPIs, and operational workflows.
• Perform basic warehouse activities, including labeling, loading, unloading, and manual or machine-operated cargo handling.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience or training, particularly in AOG and airspace operations.
• Understanding of air documentation, air-shipment processes, and international and domestic air and ground routing and dispatching.
• Professional English communication skills; knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and urgency.
• Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability for rotating after-hours, overnight, and weekend shifts; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
