Supply Specialist

Location: Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina; full-time on-site

What you will do

• Support USARCENT G4 supply and logistics operations, including management and accountability of supplies, equipment, and organizational property.
• Track supply requirements, requisitions, shipments, shortages, backorders, and equipment transfers.
• Maintain inventory records, supply documentation, hand receipts, accountability reports, and logistics data.
• Assist with property accountability, inventory reconciliations, equipment inspections, and supply readiness activities.
• Coordinate with Army personnel, DoD civilians, contractors, and logistics stakeholders to resolve supply issues.
• Prepare supply status reports, inventory summaries, spreadsheets, and briefings for G4 leadership.

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance required, with the ability to maintain the clearance and meet installation and government systems access requirements.
• Experience in military supply operations, logistics, inventory management, property accountability, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Army or DoD supply procedures, logistics operations, and equipment accountability practices.
• Experience maintaining inventory records, supply documentation, or property accountability systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, generally Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting an Army G4, S4, sustainment command, or military logistics organization.
• Experience with GCSS-Army, Army supply regulations, cyclic inventories, hand receipts, property book management, or supply reconciliation.
• Experience supporting military exercises, deployments, operational logistics, or supply readiness reporting.
• Prior military service or civilian experience supporting Army supply operations.
