What you will do

• Navigate customs regulations and ensure imported goods comply with international protocols and legal requirements.
• Obtain required documents and provide accurate information to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for customs clearance.
• Collaborate with international clients, shippers, and logistics partners to provide timely customs guidance and support.
• Use proprietary technology to optimize customs processes and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain quality and timeliness against internal performance indicators while managing high-volume workflows.
• Participate in business reviews, prepare presentations, and lead client operational calls when needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Customs Entry Writer.
• Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations, classifications, and rulings.
• Compliance-first mindset with strong integrity and attention to regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently under fluctuating pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Adaptability to new technology and a fast-paced environment; a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
