Logistics Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Miami, FL, USA; onsite

What you will do

• Coordinate ocean, land, and air transportation from origin through final delivery.
• Communicate with customers, account agents, transportation providers, suppliers, and logistics service providers.
• Prepare shipping documentation, quotations, invoices, and end-to-end billing support records.
• Track shipments, inventory, delivery status, lead times, and transportation costs.
• Support co-loading, intercompany shipments, transfer billing, and high-volume customer accounts.
• Report supply chain KPIs and develop performance metrics for internal resources and external partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least two logistics jobs with six months of experience is desired.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Excellent computer, database management, and data-entry skills.
• English and Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
