What you will do

• Manage branch sales, service, operations, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Lead the team in achieving sales, service, financial, and production goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop new relationships.
• Coach colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, customer service, and sales opportunities.
• Build internal, business, and community partnerships while leading ongoing business development and calling programs.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, hiring, and resources required to support the branch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer and business lending, deposits, sales leadership, coaching, and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, process management, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
