Hardware R&D Team Leader (Quantum Computing)

hirify.global develops hardware and software control systems for quantum computers, supporting scalable control from individual qubits to large qubit arrays.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the Platform Hardware team of nine PCB and layout designers.
• Drive execution, technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth across the hardware team.
• Develop hardware for quantum computing control and packaging systems.
• Take hardware products through development, testing, system integration, and production.
• Lead technical decisions from design through production and promote design for manufacturing, testing, and assembly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hardware development experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience leading a hardware development team.
• Experience taking products from concept to production.
• Experience with digital, analog, and RF electronics design, hardware design reviews, testing, and system integration.
• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills required.
