Technical Support Engineer (Cloud Security)

Location: Remote, Australia (Croydon South, VIC)

What you will do

• Provide accurate and timely customer support through Slack, chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving cloud security and infrastructure.
• Escalate complex or critical cases to R&D and Product teams.
• Educate customers on product features and build strong professional relationships.
• Create and update support documentation and record customer interactions in the support system.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain technical expertise and support quality.

Requirements

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Cloud expertise and an understanding of cloud security concepts.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Ability to document solutions and collaborate with R&D and Product teams.
• Availability to work remotely from Australia.
