What you will do
- Provide timely technical support through Slack, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues across cloud security capabilities, escalating complex cases to R&D or Product.
- Educate customers on product features and build strong customer relationships.
- Create and maintain support documentation and log customer interactions in the support system.
- Develop technical expertise through ongoing training.
Requirements
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Cloud expertise and understanding of cloud infrastructure security.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a professional, supportive tone with customers.
- Ability to document solutions and escalate critical technical cases appropriately.
