IT Support Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid model with a flexible start time.

What you will do

• Provide technical support and assistance to internal users with hardware, software, and system issues.
• Manage laptops, workstations, peripherals, software deployment, and device inventory across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Administer ServiceDesk, Google Workspace, Active Directory, LDAP, Proxmox, Zoom, Slack, and Jira.
• Configure VPN access with OpenVPN and SSL certificate authentication, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, firewall, and related network issues.
• Set up backups, document procedures in Confluence, and support audiovisual equipment, meeting rooms, printers, and company events.
• Collaborate with the technology team on IT strategy, licensing, networking, security, and SSO improvements.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk.
• Professional experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Experience as an IT support technician in changing environments.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills.
• Good time management, prioritization skills, and willingness to learn.
