TL;DR
Project Methodologist (AI): Documenting, optimizing, and systematizing cross-functional business processes with an accent on solution design, change implementation, and AI-powered automation. Focus on building prototypes with AI agents, integrating tools such as Python, JavaScript, RAG, SQL, and n8n, and managing stakeholder adoption.
Location: Office-based in Cyprus or Serbia; 5/2 schedule with a flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM

What you will do
- Document and systematize processes, analyze their performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Design, propose, defend, and implement solutions based on expertise, best practices, and established frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder resistance and support teams through changes and solution adoption.
- Develop automations and prototypes, including solutions built with AI agents.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes and help teams prepare reports.
- Organize cross-functional projects and independently process requests from internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
- Experience with process optimization, change implementation, and the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch and adoption.
- Knowledge of project management systems and frameworks, BPMN, and project management certification.
- Development experience, including work with AI agents, plus knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, or similar tools.
- Experience with Docker, RAG, SQL, dashboarding tools such as Tableau, NeoDash, or Superset, and n8n or other no-code/low-code orchestration tools.
- Degree in mathematics, engineering, programming, or physics; Pre-Intermediate English or higher.
