LLM/ML Engineer (AI): Designing and integrating LLM-based solutions, chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and AI tools for advertising products and internal workflows with an accent on NLP, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and multimodal data processing. Focus on evaluating model quality, automating information retrieval and support, and embedding safe LLM usage into business processes.

TrafficStars is a product-driven IT company developing a high-load digital advertising platform that processes over 10 billion events daily and stores data in a 3.6-petabyte ClickHouse cluster.
What you will do
- Design and integrate LLM-based solutions into internal and client-facing products.
- Build and refine chatbots, assistants, and recommendation systems.
- Develop fine-tuning and RAG pipelines for model improvement.
- Process and structure large volumes of textual and multimodal data while applying prompt engineering techniques.
- Embed LLMs into information retrieval, support automation, code review, and documentation workflows.
- Evaluate model performance through quality metrics, A/B testing, and user feedback, and collaborate with Data Science and Platform teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Python and modern ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Solid understanding of NLP and LLM architectures, with hands-on experience using RAG frameworks.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n.
- Proficiency with Git and understanding of MLOps principles.
- Awareness of information security and safe LLM usage practices.
- Ability to conduct LLM training sessions for employees and write MCPs.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL and data storage systems including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Spark, or Flink.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
