AI Automation Engineer

Location: Office-based in Cyprus 4–5 days per week or Estonia 5 days per week

Salary: €70,000–€90,000 per year. Base salary offered: €80,000–€90,000.

Work with a global, multi-regulated online broker building AI automation across business departments.

What you will do

• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities with business departments.
• Design, prototype, integrate, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Automate reporting, customer communication, data processing, and internal operations.
• Evaluate and benchmark AI models, frameworks, and tools.
• Establish practices for prompt engineering, context management, and workflow orchestration.
• Monitor performance, refine agent behaviour, document solutions, and train users.

Requirements

• Experience building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents, or automation frameworks.
• Experience in Forex, fintech, or a similar environment supporting Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, agent architecture, RAG, chains, and memory management.
• Python experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate them clearly.

Nice to have

• Background in machine learning, NLP, or process automation.
• Experience with CLAW, production agentic systems, AI copilots, or enterprise workflow tools such as Jira and HubSpot.
• Understanding of data governance, model evaluation, and prompt engineering patterns.
