Senior Business Intelligence Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Pleasanton, California, Monday through Friday

Base annual salary: $170,000–$200,000; annual bonus up to 10%

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 business intelligence analysts.
• Build financial, management, and consumer marketing analytics capabilities with cross-functional, technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Collect, refine, model, and integrate data from multiple business sources.
• Run monthly marketing models, deep-dive analyses, and ad hoc analyses for product owners.
• Drive omni-channel strategy through holistic cross-channel analysis and communicate actionable insights.
• Advance data modeling, analytical technology, data reliability, and data hygiene.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical or research environment.
• 3+ years of experience using statistical methods and in consumer marketing analytics.
• Experience preparing governed semantic models, natural-language query tools, and AI-ready data products.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to communicate research results and insights clearly.
• Experience using a programming language to move and parse datasets, data analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana; a college degree or equivalent experience in computer science, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• An MBA or master's degree.
