What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and manage a diverse suite of security controls for the bank.
• Manage and maintain security tooling services in line with IT Service Management processes.
• Collaborate with security specialists, technical teams, cloud providers, and infrastructure service providers.
• Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise to a small team of security engineers.
• Support security deliverables during project and change initiatives, from early engagement through implementation.
• Validate security solutions as part of certification before go-live.

Requirements

• Hands-on subject-matter expertise with M365 and Entra, particularly Enterprise Apps, MDCA, App Registration, Identity Governance, and the Defender suite/XDR.
• Experience managing security tooling services and implementing changes through IT Service Management processes.
• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance on emerging security challenges.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with IAM and PAM, infrastructure, cloud, cryptography, application security, data security, and SecOps.
• Degree-level education in Information Security or equivalent experience; CISM, CISSP, CSSLP, or equivalent certifications may be held.
