What you will do
- Support the development and execution of commercial growth initiatives and market campaigns for advisory investment products.
- Create customer, campaign, and advisor communications, includ presentations and commercial materials.
- Identify growth opportunities us customer behavior, market developments, and performance insights.
- Optimize digital and assisted customer journeys to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Set up, monitor, and evaluate experiments, tests, campaigns, and other commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate proposition launches and growth activities with Product, Market, Analytics, Affluent Business Development, Distribution, Private Bank, and advisory teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in market, digital sales, or customer journeys within investments, wealth management, Affluent, or Private Bank.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience or affinity with customer communications, campaigns, and commercial activations.
- Ability to translate customer and performance insights into practical improvements.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, ownership, and execution skills.
