Senior Brand Manager Drinks & Brunch (FMCG)

What you will do

• Lead the marketing agenda for Karvan Cévitam, De Ruijter, Venz and Brinta.
• Set brand strategies and translate them into three-year and annual plans focused on brand equity and commercial growth.
• Turn consumer insights into creative briefs, growth opportunities and integrated campaigns.
• Lead creative and media agencies across campaign, content and activation development.
• Drive innovation and renovation from concept through launch in partnership with R&D, Supply and the factory.
• Manage the marketing budget, evaluate results and coach a Junior Brand Manager.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FMCG brand marketing, including campaigns and innovation launches.
• Experience leading creative and media agencies with strong creative judgement.
• Strong consumer, data-driven, commercial and cross-functional decision-making skills.
• Clear communication skills and confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
• Relevant master’s degree and business-fluent Dutch and English.
