Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python)

Location: Remote in Ireland or the EU

What you will do

• Design, implement, deliver, and operate horizontal platform services for product teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, customer success, architects, and engineering teams to build cloud-based solutions.
• Develop software focused on quality, usability, operational stability, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to architecture and code reviews while maintaining clean, tested, and maintainable code.
• Support automation across testing, infrastructure, builds, deployments, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python, Node.js, relational and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud application development.
• Strong AWS experience, including ECS, Lambda, EC2, ELB, API Gateway, security groups, and VPCs.
• Experience with OpenSearch, application platforms, integration patterns, event-driven architecture, data management, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with TDD, clean code, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps.
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor for coding, debugging, and prototyping.
