Senior Software Developer (Backend/Go)

Location: Poland; remote role

Annual compensation: 230,000–250,000 PLN

hirify.global provides software and data-driven solutions for fitness businesses, including the Glofox, Ignite, Trainerize, and Evo products.

What you will do

• Design and develop backend services using Go.
• Build and maintain APIs and service logic powering SMS, email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Develop features for the Glofox platform and Xlerate CRM solution.
• Work with CircleCI, AWS, and MongoDB as needed for delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, testers, and other cross-functional partners.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with a general-purpose programming language, including 2+ years with Go.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs and service-oriented backends, including webhooks and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and basic knowledge of code versioning tools.
• Understanding of Agile, Lean, continuous delivery, quality, and testing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• CRM or club-management experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of continuous deployment tooling.
