Creative Team Lead (AI & Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers from 3 to 6 people.
• Own production flow, task distribution, capacity planning, quality control, and delivery deadlines.
• Drive concepts, hooks, visual angles, and static ad creatives for Google, Meta, and other paid media channels.
• Build the creative testing loop by analyzing performance data, documenting winning creatives, and developing new iterations.
• Track AI models and tools, run creative R&D, and maintain prompt and style libraries.
• Partner with the Generative AI Pipeline Engineer and cross-functional teams to develop pipelines, presets, automation, and video-production assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading creative or design teams in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, quality control, and deadline management skills.
• Strong visual craft, including composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to connect AI outputs to traditional design workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar, including photorealistic visuals and artifact correction.
• Fluent spoken and written English, plus a strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and conversion metrics.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of performance marketing creatives and AI-generated photorealistic work shipped under leadership.
• Experience with high-CPA verticals such as home improvement, insurance, health, legal, or finance.
• Experience creating visuals for North American audiences.
• Understanding of how static visuals feed video production pipelines.
