Email Designer (Lifecycle Marketing) (ecommerce and retention): Designing high-performing email campaigns, automated lifecycle flows, and retention marketing assets for ecommerce brands with an accent on conversion-focused visual systems, brand consistency, and client collaboration. Focus on creating motion-based elements, applying data-informed design decisions, and delivering multiple projects within U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Location: Remote in Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, or Italy. Availability required during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

What you will do
- Design email campaigns, automated lifecycle flows, and retention marketing assets for ecommerce brands.
- Develop email concepts, layouts, and visual systems aligned with client brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Execute projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Create GIFs, lightweight animations, and other motion-based elements to improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with retention strategists, marketers, copywriters, clients, and creative stakeholders.
- Provide design feedback and recommend improvements to creative workflows and project execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in ecommerce, DTC, retention marketing, or agency environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing D2C email marketing and lifecycle retention programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English is required, with availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI design tools for image generation and optimization.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant email marketing, retention, ecommerce, and digital design work.
