Business Intelligence Analyst (Bidding Platform)

Location: Poland, with 100% remote work or office options in Warsaw and Krakow

What you will do

• Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Use Python and pandas in Colab for deeper analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects within the Bidding Platform organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mathematics, computer science, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of statistics, SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and data exploration.
• Basic Python skills, particularly pandas for data analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with a BI tool such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is required. Familiarity with Git/GitHub and the ability to work independently are also expected.
