Import/Export Specialist with Spanish (Logistics)

Location: Hybrid work at the Monopolis complex in Lodz, Poland; II shift.

Expected salary range: 70,125–116,875 PLN gross per month, plus a 20% II-shift bonus, performance-related 10% yearly bonus, and language bonuses.

What you will do

• Process standard and moderately complex import/export transactions and documentation in line with SLAs, KPIs, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in SAP and other systems, including complete import records and filing systems.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, sales, planning, and warehousing teams.
• Resolve routine documentation discrepancies and shipment delays, escalating complex issues with preliminary analysis.
• Support compliance with customs, trade, quality, internal guideline, and ESHA requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, work-instruction updates, onboarding, backup coverage, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Spanish at minimum B2 level for customer communication.
• English at minimum B2 level as the corporate language.
• 1–2 years of logistics experience.
• Practical knowledge of ocean, air, road, and intermodal transport, dangerous goods, customs, and trade.
• Knowledge of SAP and intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills.
• Basic Power BI knowledge.
