Operations Finance Intern

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. EU working rights are required: EU citizenship or study at a Dutch university.

What you will do

• Support weekly and monthly financial reporting, performance tracking, and business reviews.
• Assist with month-end closing and maintain accurate, consistent financial data.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and annual operating planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyze performance, variances, trends, risks, and profitability against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results.
• Support spend tracking, master data quality, invoice management, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s enrolment at a European university for at least 50% of the internship period for EU citizens, or at a Dutch university for the full internship for non-EU citizens.
• EU working rights are required.
• Studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.
• Dutch language skills.
