What you will do

• Develop and apply quality standards based on company and customer requirements.
• Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and production equipment.
• Create project methodologies, procedures, inspection documentation, and corrective actions for product or process deficiencies.
• Analyze operational data, implement recommendations, and participate in or lead audits.
• Track qualification status, review reliability test results, determine the disposition of non-compliant products, and release qualification packages.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches while adapting inspection equipment and procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how quality operations integrate with other business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems using analysis from multiple information sources and sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification requirements.
• Ability to work in Kalispell, Montana, United States; relocation is not eligible.
