Senior Mutual Funds Service Professional

Salary: $20.79–$28.12 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor daily control reports, conduct testing, research requests, and follow up on control and regulatory objectives.
• Support complex, escalated, and exception cases for field professionals and clients.
• Provide technical product, mutual fund, systems, compliance, and process consultation through multiple communication channels.
• Develop, standardize, implement, and maintain mutual fund procedures, programs, documentation, and support materials.
• Monitor and coach team members on quality, call escalations, competencies, processes, and performance gaps.
• Collaborate with asset management, corporate compliance, mutual fund teams, financial advisors, and strategic partners on improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of direct customer service or mutual fund experience, including support and problem resolution.
• 2–3 years of financial industry experience with knowledge of applicable financial laws and regulations.
• Strong adaptability, solution-focused thinking, critical analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency navigating multiple systems and financial products, along with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education or a college degree.
• Understanding of continuous improvement fundamentals.
