USAF - CODE Service Task Lead / CODE Strategy Support (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead DC3 enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives, aligning strategic plans, portfolios, acquisition strategies, and roadmaps with mission priorities and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Guide enterprise architecture, cloud computing strategy, enterprise data strategy, and data-layer interoperability.
• Establish and govern enterprise IT portfolios, including processes, reporting, communications, and monthly strategy deliverables.
• Analyze resource allocations, dependencies, cost-benefit trade-offs, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Oversee technical debt audits and engineering trade studies covering legacy modernization, remediation, DevSecOps pipelines, and modular delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders and supervise cross-disciplinary teams across cyberspace IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, data, and AI while briefing CIO and CISO leadership.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Active PMP certification.
• At least one year of recent team leadership and supervision experience, including government and private networking and infrastructure environments.
• Experience with LAN/WAN systems, wireless, firewalls, routing and switching, IPv6, VPN, cloud computing, virtualization, storage, unified communications, and VTC systems across multiple classification levels.
• Recent experience leading CI/CD and DevSecOps teams, multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud migrations, data lakes and modern data strategies, and CIO/CISO briefings.
