Sr. Integration Engineer (OEM)

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, United States; onsite. Candidates below the Principal level must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: $105,600–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage hardware and software integrations with strategic OEM and alliance partners.
• Ensure medical products integrate seamlessly with partners’ systems and platforms.
• Perform qualification acceptance testing and develop and execute qualification and acceptance test plans.
• Troubleshoot post-integration technical issues and provide technical support and guidance to partners.
• Validate integrated solutions against technical requirements through functional, regression, and interoperability testing.
• Generate formal test reports and verification evidence while collaborating with engineering, product management, quality assurance, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. A foreign baccalaureate degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of embedded systems, medical devices, and monitor architectures.
• Ability to integrate hardware modules and software features into OEM partner platforms.
• Knowledge of communication interfaces and protocols and experience ensuring interoperability between systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive issue identification, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Collaborative mindset focused on achieving shared goals.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Nice to have

• Five years of experience in a technical or engineering role.
• Knowledge of EMC, ESD, and EFT testing.
